Born in 1981 into the windswept dunes of Dubai, UAE, I am a proud product of a bustling, evolving city and a rich Indian heritage. As the youngest of six siblings, I grew up in a household where discipline, perseverance, and family values weren't just taught; they were the very pillars of our daily life.

In those days, Dubai was a tapestry of endless sands—a stark contrast to the urban marvel it is today. It was in this simple yet profound environment that I began to code, discovering a passion for technology amidst the desert's vast expanses.

Landline phones were not common in every household, let alone smartphones and social networking apps. I worked on one of the first few Apple computers that connected to CRT TVs.

When my father retired in 1994, our family closed the chapter on our Middle Eastern life and turned the pages back to our roots in Hyderabad, India. This transition marked a new beginning and brought with it the enduring lessons of my early years—lessons that continue to resonate in my life and career.

Over the following 14 years, I immersed myself in reconnecting with my extended family and gradually adjusted to a culture unfamiliar to my childhood experiences. During this transformative time, I pursued and completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, further enriching my knowledge with several specialized digital courses.

My career path then led me to the dynamic world of business process outsourcing, where I excelled as a team leader operations in the customer service environment. This role provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of customer service, business management, and product sales.

Recognizing the potential to further leverage my skills, I decided to pursue an MBA, prompting my move to the UK—a decision driven by my ambition to quantify my experience with formal business education.

Leading teams across three distinct projects, each presenting a unique set of challenges and achievements, I was inspired to broaden my professional landscape. This motivation led me to the United Kingdom, where I sought to deepen my understanding of business dynamics through an MBA program. Within the esteemed academic environment, I began a significant new chapter, delving into the principles and practices of business management.

Equipped with enhanced insights and a drive for innovation, I transitioned into academia as a lecturer, where I influenced future professionals before making a strategic move into software development in 2011. Since entering this field, I have consistently assumed leadership roles, guiding teams with zeal and precision towards collective success, and continuing to build a legacy of innovation and excellence.

Having lived in the UAE, India, and now the UK, I have gained a deep understanding of diverse cultures and lifestyles, enriching my perspective and enhancing my interpersonal skills.

I am eager to assume more technology focused strategic leadership roles at a prestigious organization recognized for its exceptional corporate culture and distinguished team. In this capacity, I aim to lead a substantial and dynamic group of dedicated professionals, steering innovative initiatives and cultivating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
